Who is responsible for your data

Company details (legal name, VAT number, registered address) are being finalised and will be published here as soon as they are available. Until then, you can reach us through the booking page linked above.

What this site collects

When you browse the site, our hosting provider records technical logs: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type. They are needed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We don't use them to identify you.

The site has no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up and no user accounts.

When you book a call

The “Book a call” buttons open our booking page on Cal.com, a separate service. The details you enter there (name, email, notes) reach us so we can hold the call and follow up on your request. Cal.com handles them under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep these details for as long as it takes to handle your request. If you become a client, we keep them for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law.

When you write to us

If you contact us by email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you.

Cookies

This site sets no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.

If this changes, we will update this page and the site before anything new is switched on.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To do so, write to us at the contact details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
